Mental health care for you and your family
It can be hard to find a mental health provider who takes your insurance and has appointments open. Getting to an office can also be difficult when you have work, children, or a long drive.
Nest Health provides behavioral and mental health care at home and through video visits. Services are available at no additional cost to eligible Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Health Choice members throughout Maricopa County (Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale, Scottsdale, Peoria), Mohave County (Kingman, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City), and Pinal County.
Nest can help children, teens, and adults with concerns such as:

Anxiety or depression
ADHD or behavior concerns
Child development concerns
Trauma
Alcohol or drug use
Family or relationship concerns
Your family may be able to get therapy, screenings, medication support and help finding other services. You can also receive medical and mental health care through the same Nest care team.

Therapy & counseling
Nest provides therapy for children, teens, adults and families. Therapy can help with stress, sadness, worry, behavior concerns, family problems, and other emotional needs.

Your Nest provider will ask questions about how you or your child has been feeling and acting. This helps the care team understand what kind of support may help.

Nest can check how a baby or child is growing, learning, talking, and behaving. Finding a concern early can help your family get the right support sooner.

A Nest provider will listen to your concerns and talk with you about the next steps. Care may include therapy, screenings, medicine, or help finding another provider.
4. Keep Getting Support
