Nest is available to families who are otherwise not receiving care, mostly families on Medicaid. We take care of family members in the same household from infancy through adulthood so long as they live in the same household.

By offering streamlined administrative tools, Nest reduces the burden of paperwork, allowing providers to focus more on patient care. Additionally, Nest fosters a patient-centered approach with integrated care coordination, data-driven insights, and a supportive community that empowers providers to deliver the best possible outcomes. To further enhance clinical decision-making, Nest provides access to UpToDate, ensuring that providers have the latest evidence-based information at their fingertips.

Nest follows a four-week onboarding schedule that combines virtual, in person, and field training to ensure employees are well skilled in all areas of Nest. The first two weeks will involve a combination of both virtual and in person training courses that will verse you in the Nest mission and vision, as well as provide direction into our clinical practices. The remaining two weeks will be spent with the team directly in the field, learning first hand from our skilled providers how to work with our member families and spread the mission of Nest.

Nest prioritizes work-life balance by streamlining administrative tasks, offering flexible scheduling options, and providing robust support resources. Nest fosters a collaborative community, offering peer support, wellness programs, and continuous education to help providers maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
Additionally in every geography Nest builds a Float Pool that assists with time off is needed for our full time employees.
