What types of patients will I care for at Nest?
Nest is available to families who are otherwise not receiving care, mostly families on Medicaid. We take care of family members in the same household from infancy through adulthood so long as they live in the same household.

What training or onboarding does Nest offer?
Nest follows a four-week onboarding schedule that combines virtual, in person, and field training to ensure employees are well skilled in all areas of Nest. The first two weeks will involve a combination of both virtual and in person training courses that will verse you in the Nest mission and vision, as well as provide direction into our clinical practices. The remaining two weeks will be spent with the team directly in the field, learning first hand from our skilled providers how to work with our member families and spread the mission of Nest.

Additionally in every geography Nest builds a Float Pool that assists with time off is needed for our full time employees.
