With over two decades of experience in nursing leadership and direct patient care as a dedicated Registered Nurse, I share a deeply personal commitment to whole-family, community-based health care.  My journey began in postpartum nursing before taking a transformative turn when my grandfather entered hospice. That experience sparked a passion that led me to spend more than 20 years managing hospice agencies, where I focused on compassionate end-of-life care and interdisciplinary team development.

Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, I transitioned into population health, where I now focus on delivering primary care services to vulnerable populations across Arizona. I am a fierce advocate for reducing health care fragmentation by bringing both medical and psychosocial care directly to where patients live. This model not only improves health outcomes but also fosters deeper, more meaningful patient-provider relationships.

As a long-time Arizona resident, I am proud to serve the same community where my husband and I raised our their three children and now enjoy life with our four grandchildren and 3 grand dogs. I am committed to delivering accessible, compassionate care that treats the whole person, and the whole family.
