I am an experienced People Operations Executive, specializing in biotech & healthtech start up environments. I enjoy the challenges of evolving industries, as well as building high functioning teams with a transformational culture. I believe in strategic people operations which contribute to the overall mission of growing patient facing companies.

As a mother of young children and someone who grew up in a nursing household, Nest’s mission calls out to me on both a personal and professional level. I have spent my career in startup environments and have worked to get closer to the patient with each position I take. At Nest we cut out the barriers between us and the patients by reaching directly into the home. This, combined with our commitment to maternal and postnatal care, speak to my passion for combined mother-baby care. I am enthusiastic about bringing my startup & healthcare background to enable the Nest team to serve more patients and make even greater impact!
