What is this and what will I be asked to do?

You are being invited to join a one-time phone interview to share your experience as a Nest patient. We will ask questions about your family’s care, Nest’s communication, and overall experience with Nest. Your feedback helps us make Nest better for you and other families. We will ask you questions about your recent experience, such as your interactions with staff, quality of care, and your overall satisfaction. With your permission, we would like to audio-record the conversation to ensure accuracy.

Why was I selected?

You were invited because you and your family have received care from Nest. We want to hear directly from families so we can learn what is working and what we can improve.

How much time will this take?

The interview will take about 45 minutes.

Can I do this from home?

Yes. You can join from home or anywhere you feel comfortable. The interview will be done by phone.

How will the calls take place?

The interview will happen by phone. We will call you directly at the number you provided to Nest. You do not need special equipment. A phone is enough.

What do I need to prepare? Do I need special technology or internet?

You do not need to prepare anything in advance. There are no right or wrong answers. Just share your honest experience. A phone is all you need.

Who will I talk to?

You will speak with a Nest team member who is trained to listen and learn from patients.

Does this affect my care with Nest, insurance, or benefits?

No. Taking part is completely your choice. It will not change your care, insurance, or benefits in any way. You can stop the interview at any time or skip any question if you are uncomfortable.

How much will I earn?

You will receive a $75 gift card as a thank you for your time. This will be sent via text message after the interview is completed.

How will I receive compensation?

Your $75 gift card will be sent to you after the interview. The gift card can be used for essential items, similar to other Nest gift cards.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your privacy matters to us. Your name and personal details are kept confidential. We may use quotes to help improve Nest, but they will not include information that identifies you.
