The power of whole-family healthcare, right at home.

When it comes to staying healthy, parents shouldn’t have to make impossible decisions. As the Family’s Healthcare Home, Nest is making healthcare radically accessible to families.

Whole-family healthcare

We’re Nest Health – a whole-family healthcare practice providing convenient and compassionate care.

We make healthcare easy for moms, dads, babies, kids, and teens living in the same home, bringing healthcare home and online.

We offer evening and weekend appointments at your home or online, plus we are available for advice 24/7.

This means you won’t need to make multiple appointments, sit in waiting rooms, take extra time off work, or find childcare or transportation to get your family the help and care you need, when you need it.

If your family qualifies for our program, there is no additional cost to you. That’s because our services are part of your existing health insurance benefits.

What families are saying

Our services

  • We’re available 24/7. Day or night, evening or weekends, we’re on call to give advice about fevers, earaches, and much more with the Nest Family Care Line.

  • At each appointment, our local team of experts give moms, dads, babies, and kids the convenient, compassionate care you deserve. And unlike traditional healthcare, your Nest team knows your family.

  • We offer in-home and online visits, including evening and weekend hours and same-and-next-day availability. Your family won’t need multiple appointments, extra time off work, childcare, or transportation to get the help and care you need when you need it.

  • We’re with your family at every stage and in every season. From back-to-school check-ups and sports physicals to necessary vaccines and milestones, to therapy and work forms, we have you covered.

Getting started with Nest Health

Step 1: Call Nest

If you think you’re eligible or have been contacted by Nest or your plan directly, call 866-222-NEST (6378) to schedule your first at-home appointment.

Step 2: Prepare for your visit

Our team understands that life (and kids) are messy! We are there to help you, not to add to your stress. Think of us as a friend or family member coming to visit. We are judgment free.

Step 3: Call Nest first

Call or text your Nest team whenever something comes up - feeling sick, does your child have a rash, earache, or fever? Need to refill your prescription? We can schedule a telehealth appointment or come to your home and see you if necessary. Nest is here 24/7.

Step 4: Access ongoing care

During our first visit, we’ll work on a care plan together to make sure you and your family stay healthy. We’ll discuss goals, visit frequency, and more. Your care team can help with these like mental health support, utility bills, employment resources, specialty care coordination, and more.
