In-home visits
Patients receive nine prenatal visits throughout pregnancy from a midwife led Nest care team. These visits follow the same schedule and standards as traditional clinic based prenatal care.

Fewer clinic trips until delivery
Clinic visits are not required until late in pregnancy. Nest handles routine care at home and coordinates care with the patient’s OB team.

Seamless coordination with OB providers
Between weeks 34 and 36, care transitions to a delivering OB provider. Nest partners with OB teams at LSU, Touro, and Ochsner to ensure smooth transition and clear communication.

24/7 support and care coordination
Our team is available for triage and care support around the clock. We help families navigate pregnancy and connect with community resources when needed.

How it works

Why families choose postpartum home care services

  • Earlier support for breastfeeding or feeding concerns

  • Mental health check-ins in a familiar environment

For many families, home-based postpartum care can improve access, comfort, and continuity of care during the transition into parenthood.
