Who qualifies: Renter households in Maricopa County (excluding Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale) with income ≤ 200% FPL and facing housing risk or financial hardship.
What it provides: One month’s rent + past due rent/late fees, or utility payments to prevent eviction/disconnection.
