Paige brings deep experience leading Medicaid health plans and expanding access to care for vulnerable populations. Most recently, Paige served as Chief Executive Officer of Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, where she guided major procurements and launched the Supporting Kentucky Youth program for children impacted by the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. She began her career at Aetna in compliance and went on to serve in several leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming CEO. A Kentucky native, Paige holds a law degree from the University of Kentucky and is active on several local and national boards dedicated to improving health and equity. She is also passionate about mentorship, developing young talent, and addressing food insecurity in her community.
